Sherry has been teaching yoga and helping students improve their health and well-being for over 30 years. We teach Therapeutic Yoga—a unique Hatha-based style that Sherry developed over 40 years of her yoga practice. Sherry draws inspiration from her own self-healing experience through yoga; and she incorporates eight different styles of yoga, including Iyengar, Ashtanga and Meditative.
Welcoming people of all ages and all levels of experience, we create a safe and nurturing community for students to enjoy the benefits of yoga.
With Sherry's ceaseless energy and creativity for designing new poses focusing on different muscle groups, class routine changes weekly; while within the same week, class routine is kept similar to allow students to get into the poses with repeated practice.
